The Electric Adolescence Hip Hop Hall of Fame
Back when hip-hop was an open source phenomenon, a generation of producers and emcees raced to define it, having no road-map to mainstream success and an industry still skeptical of what they dismissed as a fad. Eventually this acceptance came, as did the cash, and hip-hop found itself aligned with the pop-charts in a way its pioneers would have considered unthinkable.
